Shipping Policy

We ship all orders from our corporate headquarters located at:

2246 Monument Blvd.

Pleasant Hill, CA 94523-3453

 

The standard lead time for most orders to be processed and shipped is 1-2 business days. Once a shipment is out the door, the delivery time is dependent on what carrier service/speed the customer desires. We generally use UPS, DHL, USPS, and FedEx to ship orders and customers may elect to pay extra for expedited shipping. We advise our customers to consider the lead time when selecting a shipping option (choosing overnight shipping does not mean the product will arrive the day after submitting the order). A good rule of thumb is to order the equipment at least one week before you need it (more if it is a large order).

 

Customers may also pick up equipment in-person from our corporate office (with an appointment). We are open weekdays from 8:00AM – 5:00PM PST. As a safety precaution, all persons who enter the building must wear a face covering, and staff will maintain a safe distance from customers when exchanging products.
